How do I make a return?

Please visit our returns portal within 14 days of purchase. If product defects are discovered between 15-30 days, please get in touch with GXVE Beauty Support.

How long do returns take to process?

Generally, it takes 1-2 business days to process your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with the next steps.

May I make an exchange?

GXVE Beauty does not currently accommodate exchange requests. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

Which products are 'Final Sale' items and non-returnable?

Our products listed as final sale items include GXVE Hoodies (in Black, White, and Red), GXVE Makeup Bags, and Curated Sets. Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Can I return or exchange items I purchased at Sephora or Sephora.com?

Unfortunately, GXVE Beauty Support is unable to process returns or exchanges for Sephora purchases. Please contact Sephora Customer Service for assistance with orders placed on Sephora.com or purchases made in Sephora stores.
